Registration Obligations

To register for an account with O-P Silver Mfg., Inc. (www.opsilver.com), you:

  1. must be of legal age to form a binding contract and are not barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable laws.
  2. agree to provide true, accurate, complete, and current information about yourself in all required fields as prompted by the account registration form.
  3. agree to maintain and promptly update your information to keep it true, accurate, complete, and current.
  4. agree to be responsible for any misuse of the services that originate from your account, even activities committed by any friend, family, co-worker, employee, guest or anyone with access to the account.
  5. must ensure that others not gain unauthorized access to the services. If you feel that your account has been accessed without your consent, please contact us immediately at http://www.opsilver.com/contact.

If O-P Silver Mfg have any reason to suspect that such information is not true, accurate, complete, and/or current, O-P Silver Mfg reserves the right to:

  1. suspend or terminate your account.
  2. refuse any and all current or future services.

Since all information provided to registered users should remain confidential to the general public, any misuse or fraudulent activities could result in up to $10,000 fine and/or imprisonment.
